In a year that marks the centenary of the 1916 Rising, a milestone in the road to independence in Ireland, we are marking the occasion with our conference theme, “The Road To Risk Revolution”.
The language of revolution is peppered with words that are familiar to our sector: disruption, change, sustainability, evolution, transformation, regulation.
Rather than look back, our conference programme will look forward and focus on the resources we have and need to revolutionise how we deal with the future risk landscape.

We’ll examine how technology is disrupting everything and how social networking is connecting everyone.
The science of rising temperatures and melting polar caps warns of the dangers of neglect. We’ll look at where climate change is and where our industry’s responsibilities start and finish.
Mergers and acquisitions have been at the forefront of our leaders minds this past 12 months. The influx of surplus capital and the low interest rate environment continue to challenge. We will debate how these issues recast the shape of the industry.
